I attended a class with Dale at BeingMe Yoga Studio and I found it to be a very energising and uplifting experience. I appreciate that Dale is a very warm, welcoming person. I felt very supported and safe as a beginner and someone recovering from injuries. The studio is in a lovely, tranquil area and the views and sounds from the garden are calming and soothing. I enjoyed hearing the water feature while looking to the sky and the trees. I haven’t practiced yoga since August 2023 (it’s October 2025 now). I’m amazed at how good I feel after just one class. My whole body is more relaxed. I highly recommend.

My Son and I attend Dale's classes on a Sunday. The environment is very tranquil and leaves you feeling refreshed and ready to take on a new week. Yoga has also assisted me medically as I no longer suffer from back pain. Dale is not only a great instructor but wonderful and kind hearted individual. Highly recommended Yoga studio.

BeingMe is a yoga studio with all heart and so much more love. Enough great things cannot be said about this studio and the absolutely wonderful teachers. Wish there was a Sixth Star to rate this studio, as every detail is considered with a huge amount of love and incredible respect! You will get deep breaths here, with deep love.
